Life is crazy sometimes. Here I thought by taking the pressure off I would write more and instead I checked out for the last 6 months. Mind you my life has been a bit of a roller coaster ride and I have struggled through quite a bit of loss. I still feel like in some ways I haven't been sharing my journey with my readers and that is what I am intending to do now. I have written a new article. Do not let the banner fool you, if you look closely the name on the banner changed for my most recent article. I had decided to start off with a series, based on what this year has been like for me and some of the things I have learned along the way about myself and God.
For all of you who follow Walter's blog you are familiar with what has been happening in our lives lately. I am just going to go a bit deeper into how all of these changes in our lives affected me on a deeper level and I hope my transparency helps any of you who are facing difficult times.

This morning was my Women's Bible Study and I was really tired and did not want to God, but I knew God wanted me to go. I could not come up with a good reason to stay home, so I went. I am so happy I did. In the first 5 minutes of being there I knew why God wanted me there. The devotion was about the story of the talents. If you are not familiar with this story it can be found in the Bible in Matthew 25:14-28.
